Support Groups

Our Peer Support Groups offer a safe, compassionate space to share, listen, and learn ways to heal — while discovering a new sense of self and strength after loss. Together, participants find comfort in community and ongoing support from others who “get it.” Led by trained facilitators who have personally experienced loss, these groups offer a non-judgmental space where participants can find support, exchange coping strategies, and learn how grief effects the body.

We offer a variety of groups free of charge:

Beyond the Quiet House – closed group for senior widows, widowers, and significant others.
A Life Remembered – closed group for parents grieving a child 1 year or older
Family and Friends – open group for anyone grieving siblings, parents/grandparents, friends, or anyone they miss
Survivors of Suicide – open group for anyone grieving a loved one as a result of suicide
Bereaved Parents – open group for parents grieving the death of an infant, stillborn, or miscarriage
