Creating Your Way Through Grief (May 9, 2013): 

 Come and create your way through grief (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED).   This group is sponsored by Gay Silkey a bereaved parent who is helping others create items in memory of their loved one.  Members will be doing various simple projects.  Cost is $5.00 for supplies and will be held May 9^th @ 6:30 pm at HOPE for Bereaved, 4500 Onondaga Blvd., Syracuse.  If you are interested in being a part of this group please call Gay @ 432-1064 or contact Kim @ HOPE 475-9675.

  2013 Syracuse Police Herman Edge Tournament of HOPE (Tuesday May 14, 2013): Green Lakes State Park, Individual & Corporate Sponsorship opportunities are available.  We are now establishing teams of five ($825.00) which includes a captain and crew.  The cost includes Golf, Cart, Food & Beverages through out the day and a Banquet that evening.  For more information contact Donna @ HOPE 475-9675.

3rd Annual “Remembrance 8K Run/3K Walk for HOPE (Sunday June 9, 2013): @ Marcellus High School.   We are currently looking for Business Sponsors.  Establish a group by asking your friends or co-workers, obtain pledges, walk in memory of someone, post their picture or memento on a special memory board that will be displayed at the HOPE office.  Advance registration for Runners is $25 up through May 31st. (Free Tek Fabric Shirts for all registrants paid by 5/31)$35 registration fee June 1st till day of the race.  (This does not include a Shirt.)  Obtain pledges & receive a gift card!  For more information contact Walt or Pat @ HOPE 475-9675.
